disney would stomp on you if they decide it encroaches on their precious IP, there was a wreck it ralph racing game under that name and it got dmca'd iirc
*edit - it got DMCA'd and then Disney put their own terrible version of it up. " Sugar Rush Raceway " Which wasn't the name of the game in the movie = _=;
